DCI ensures only the highest quality empty toner cartridges are used for remanufacturing. Every used toner cartridge returned is inspected, emptied and cleaned.
Critical components are replaced before being filled with only the highest quality toner power.
Extensive pre-production R&D ensures all components and powders used are matched, both in terms of print performance, colour match, density and page yield.
A final print and chip test is performed before being packed into protective packaging for shipping. All box packaging is FSC certified.

All inkjet cartridges produced at DCI are remanufactured using empty or used cartridges returned via our collection programmes.
Upon arrival, every used cartridge returned for recycling is inspected, checked and tested to ensure the cartridge is in a fit condition to be remanufactured.
Innovative cleaning processes ensure the used cartridge is emptied of all remaining residual ink.
The cartridges are filled with DCI’s own ink formulation on bespoke remanufacturing equipment built in house.
A final quality check is performed on every cartridge before being labelled and packed.
All packaging is produced from up to 80% recycled material that can be recycled with all card being FSC certified.
The remanufactured product range includes inkjet cartridges for use in HP, Canon, Brother and Epson printers.

Every product at DCI is produced by remanufacturing used ink and toner cartridges. Over 1 million used cartridges are returned to DCI for recycling.
Following inspection and testing, cartridges that are passed for reuse start the remanufacturing journey.
Broken or unusable cartridges are sent to DCI’s recycling partners for material recovery. The recovered materials are then used in other industries.
